Editing printscreens

Here is a screen grab of me editing out somebody in the background of this frame. I clicked on the 'event pan/crop' tool and cropped the entire frame to remove the part of someone's head. I found this tool useful when editing as it meant that I didn't have to think about reshooting scenes just because there were things in the background we didn't want. For example, when Joe walks towards the camera in the attic I had to crop out my digital camera and dog on the floor. Without this tool I may have had to delete the scene or reshoot.




Here is a screen grab of me editing when we were at the halfway point. You can see the clips I've edited to the left of the timeline and ones that I've kept incase we needed them later at the right.

This is when I started editing Joe and Georgy's argument and had just imported the song. The blue track is the song and the white square is the fade to white - the clips are above.
