Ashtray Photos

This isn't the photograph I chose to use for my cover, however I might as the blue edge makes it easier to cut out on photoshop and means the edges are more defined.



I used this photograph as I really like the mise-en-scene, the colours, and the way the cigarette butts and ash are laid out. However I would want more ash and ends for my final product.



This is much better than the photograph where there are no cigarette ends or ash, however it still looks a bit posed so I tried some without the clean cigarette in the tray.


I didn't like this photograph as it looks too set up - there are no ash or cigarette ends in the tray so it looks very posed. The cigarette is lit, however you can barely tell this from the photograph.
